How far in advance should I book?
For dance recitals, we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months before your recital date. For sporting events and theater productions, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough. Popular dates fill up fast, so earlier is always better.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire NC Triangle area, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Pittsboro, and surrounding communities. We are happy to travel for events outside this area. Give us a call to discuss.
How much does video production cost?
Pricing depends on the type of event, number of cameras, and delivery format. Dance recitals are priced per dancer or as a flat rate. Sports highlight reels have two pricing tiers depending on whether you pick the plays or we do. Call us at (443) 871-5624 for a free quote.
How long does it take to get the final video?
Turnaround is typically 2 to 4 weeks from the event date. For college recruiting highlight reels, we can often deliver faster since coaches are on a recruiting timeline.
What equipment do you use?
We use over $6,000 worth of professional broadcast-quality gear. Every event gets a minimum two-camera setup. For sports, we also offer our 24-foot Everclear Tower for bird's-eye aerial footage. Audio is captured via direct line feed from the sound board.
Do you offer DVDs?
We have moved to digital delivery. Families can watch on smartphones, tablets, computers, or Smart TVs. Our system is compatible with Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TV. No more scratched or lost DVDs.
Can I provide my own footage for a highlight reel?
Yes. If you already have game film, we can incorporate it into a recruiting highlight reel. We recommend having us film 2 to 3 games for the best results, but we are flexible.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Can you live stream our event?
We can provide a professional video feed that is ready for streaming, but we do not provide the streaming service itself. If you or your venue have a streaming platform (YouTube Live, Vimeo, etc.), we can deliver a broadcast-quality feed directly to it. Contact us to discuss your setup.
How do dance studio pricing models work?
We offer two models. The Flat Rate Model lets you pay a set price based on the number of dancers, and you charge families whatever you choose for access. The Inclusive Model rolls our fee into your seasonal recital or entree fee so every family gets a copy automatically.
